No. Foodwise supplies trade customers only — hospitality operators, caterers, institutions and businesses buying for resale. A VAT number or company registration is helpful but not essential; a sole trader with a genuine trading business is welcome.
Yes, and it is set realistically for your delivery pattern rather than to fill a vehicle. Your minimum order value and any carriage terms are stated on your price schedule before you commit, so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
Thirty days from end of month is standard, subject to status and satisfactory trade and bank references. Pro-forma terms are available immediately while references are returned, so you can start trading straight away.
No, and we would usually advise against it. Most customers start with one or two ranges — often produce or non-food — and widen the account once we have proved we turn up when we said we would.
Yes. Insurance certificates, food safety documentation, supplier approval records, sample specifications and allergen matrices can be supplied ahead of any tender. Ask for the new business team.
Your agreed prices are held for the term stated on your schedule. Once signed in to your account, every product you view shows the price you have agreed rather than a list price.
