Fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs
Produce is the range that tells a chef whether a supplier is serious. Ours is bought daily on the wholesale markets, graded to Class 1 as standard, and delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles on a fixed morning slot so prep can start on time.
