Nationwide delivery — multi-temperature fleet, timed windows, six days a week

Delivery & ordering

Ordered by six. On your pass by service.

How ordering works, when we deliver, and what happens when something is not right. All of it agreed in writing at account set-up rather than discovered later.

Placing an order

Four ways to order. Use whichever suits your team.

01

Online account

Your agreed prices, saved templates per property and per section, and order history. Available to account holders once signed in.

02

Order desk

A person, on the phone, who knows your account. Best for anything unusual, urgent, or where you want advice.

03

Email or standing order

Send a list, or set a standing order for the lines you take every week and adjust it when you need to.

04

Your account manager

Site visits by arrangement, with orders taken on the spot and product questions answered in the kitchen.

Delivery schedule

Standard pattern.

Your own schedule and cut-off are confirmed in writing when your account opens, and may differ from the standard pattern depending on your location and order profile.

Out-of-hours and pre-service delivery. Where a service corridor cannot take a daytime delivery, early-morning and out-of-hours slots can be arranged as part of your delivery agreement. Tell us the constraint and we will route around it.

Service standards

What we commit to, and what happens if we miss.

Service failures happen in every supply chain. What matters is whether they are measured, credited without an argument, and fixed.

  • Delivery inside the agreed window

Measured per site and reported at your quarterly review.

  • Credits raised at the door

Shortages, damages and rejections handled by the driver on the delivery note — not disputed weeks later.

  • Substitutions only with consent

We will not silently substitute a specified line. If we cannot supply it, you are told before the vehicle loads.

  • Temperature records on request

Vehicle and storage temperature data available against any delivery.
